  • Recruiters - find the best people for each new role, developing job specifications, screening applicants and supporting the interview process. Annual salaries average around $76K.
  • Human Resources Managers - look after the Starbucks Corporation's many partner employees. Human Resource Managers typically earn around $105K annually.
